New Homes Sales Negotiator – Ashbourne
GRIMES are recruiting for an experienced New Homes Negotiator to join our team based in Ashbourne.

We have strong pipeline new homes business in the next decade currently have 9 active new homes sites, 5 which are Ashbourne based . Our culture is driven by innovation and integrity which has allowed GRIMES to be leading agents in North Dublin and East Meath in new homes.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, friendly and capable ambassador for our business and is keen to deliver excellent client and customer service with experience in the new homes market. This role is a permanent position for GRIMES new homes and is based in our
Ashbourne office.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing new homes enquiry database in conjunction with team members
- Pricing models on excel for pipeline business
- Branding concepts and marketing material drafting in conjunction with third party advisors
- Experience using a property CRM not essential – we use Acquaint presently
- Responsible for communicating and qualifying buyers
- Strong Communication skills verbal and written
- Marketing initiatives with office network to enhance our brand and reputation in your area and community
- Using all relevant technology systems (e.g. CRM and Online sales systems), maintain up to date and accurate records, ensuring files are continually and appropriately maintained
Requirements:
- PSRA License
- Min 1-2 years previous experience in similar role
- Full clean driving license
- Proficient in MS office packages; Excel, Word and Outlook in particular
- Understanding of Mailchimp and social media platforms is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of the new homes plans / site maps – ability to read, review and analyse site plans and house plans offering imput to improving layouts / product offering
