It was with a tremendous degree of excitement and pride that we recently announced our new brand Grimes, a brand that reflects our professionalism, expertise, and dynamism as trusted advisors in the ever-changing property market.
Our rebranding is part of our response to the evolving needs and expectations of our clients. It marks a new and exciting era for us as Grimes, but it does not change who we are or what we do. We are still the same team of experienced and dedicated property advisors who constantly strive to deliver the best results for our clients. We are still your trusted partners in the real estate advisory market, and we look forward to continuing our journey with you as Grimes.
Our new logo, website, and marketing materials showcase our expertise and our passion for the property market but with a fresh and modern look.
For over 50 years we in Grimes have consistently delivered excellent service to our clients, with honesty, integrity, humility, commitment and dedication. These are our core values and are at the heart of everything we do at Grimes. Through the years our guidance and advice has enabled our clients to benefit from opportunities and take advantage of market conditions in good times. In more challenging times, it has helped our clients adapt, build resilience and thrive.
As I look to our new era and I reflect on our continued growth and success, I am reminded of our founder Paul Grimes Snr. who sadly is no longer with us. Paul founded the firm in 1971 and his vision, passion, charisma, and inspirational drive were the qualities that drove our success and growth through the years.
