We offer two levels of service to landlords – let only or full property management. Our let only service includes assessing prospective tenants with references and credit checks to minimise any risk, supervising viewings and generating all documentation including lease agreements, RTB registration and BER Certificates. Under our full property management service, we look after all aspects of a tenancy, from rent collection and twice-annual inspections to marketing your property for a new tenant.
We also promote your property through daft.ie and www.myhome.ie as well as the Grimes website.
