Our generations of experience give us the edge in knowing what our clients need, whether you’re a first-time buyer or seller, an investor or a property developer.

Our story began in 1971, when Paul Grimes & Associates Ltd was established in Ashbourne. We have since expanded to include branches in Skerries, 132 Baggot Street Lower in Dublin 2 and Clontarf.  From a solid family background steeped in the property business Grimes have now assembled a team of some of the most talented and experienced people in each of our four branches, all of whom have an in-depth knowledge of the South County (East) Meath / North County Dublin/Dublin City property markets.

Paul G Grimes

Paul has 23 years’ experience in all aspects of the property industry. His knowledge of residential and commercial sales, new homes developments, development land sales, agricultural land sales and valuations is second to none. Paul heads up all four offices as Managing Director and drives business into the offices through an extensive network of connections and relationships. 

Siobhán O’Sullivan

25 years’ commercial, investment and residential property experience. Siobhan deals with commercial aspects of the business, portfolio sales and new homes schemes.

Sarah Ward

With 17 years’ experience in the property industry, Sarah joined GRIMES in 2017 and looks after Lettings and Property Management and New Homes sales.

With over 20 years’ experience in Residential Sales, Lettings & Property Management, Elaine comes to Grimes Ashbourne with a wealth of knowledge & an intrinsic understanding of the industry.

Christine has over 18 years’ experience in accounts and brings a significant amount of knowledge with her as she heads up the accounts function within Grimes.

Paula has been involved in the property industry since 2007 in an office management role. Managing operations in the Ashbourne office Paula offers senior support to management and sales negotiators.

Over 22 years’ experience within EBS Branch Agency network providing morgages for First Time Buyers, people trading up and refinance mortgages in the home loan market.

Samya Berridjdal

Sales Negotiator

Samya joined the Grimes Ashbourne Office as a Sales Negotiator, dealing with New Homes and commercial property.  Paired with her Interior Design background and Masters Property qualification, Samya prides herself in assisting buyers in their personal journey of purchasing a home.

Dermot has over 18 years property industry experience and manages the property aspect of the Skerries office. He handles New Homes Sales, Second Hand Sales and Site Sales. 

Louise Shannon

Property Negotiator Louise has 17 years’ experience in the property industry.

Louise looks after sales, lettings and property management and coming from Skerries, Louise has extensive knowledge of the property market in North Co. Dublin.

Linda has almost 10 years’ experience in the property industry since 2014 in residential sales, commercial sales, lettings, new homes, receiver sales and valuations and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Clontarf office.

Rosemary Kavanagh

Rosemary began her career in the property industry over 15 years ago and has worked for a number of high-profile real estate firms. She provides sales and administrative support to the Clontarf team.

Grace Branagan

Sales Support

Grace joined Grimes Clontarf in 2024 bringing with her a strong background in residential homes. Grace provides sales and administrative support to the Clontarf team while studying to attain her PSRA licence.
