Our story began in 1971, when Paul Grimes & Associates Ltd was established in Ashbourne. We have since expanded to include branches in Skerries, 132 Baggot Street Lower in Dublin 2 and Clontarf. From a solid family background steeped in the property business Grimes have now assembled a team of some of the most talented and experienced people in each of our four branches, all of whom have an in-depth knowledge of the South County (East) Meath / North County Dublin/Dublin City property markets.

Christine has over 18 years’ experience in accounts and brings a significant amount of knowledge with her as she heads up the accounts function within Grimes.
Paula has been involved in the property industry since 2007 in an office management role. Managing operations in the Ashbourne office Paula offers senior support to management and sales negotiators.
Over 22 years’ experience within EBS Branch Agency network providing morgages for First Time Buyers, people trading up and refinance mortgages in the home loan market.

Samya joined the Grimes Ashbourne Office as a Sales Negotiator, dealing with New Homes and commercial property. Paired with her Interior Design background and Masters Property qualification, Samya prides herself in assisting buyers in their personal journey of purchasing a home.

Property Negotiator Louise has 17 years’ experience in the property industry.
Louise looks after sales, lettings and property management and coming from Skerries, Louise has extensive knowledge of the property market in North Co. Dublin.
Carla has over 24 years office administration experience working with a range of well-known Irish and International companies. Carla’s portfolio includes 11 years working within the property sector.

Sharon Lynch Sales Support Administrator/Office Manager
After 15 years working in property industry and real estate in the city centre and north Dublin Sharon has moved back to her roots being a Clontarf native and joined the team in Grimes.
Sharon works closely with the team in Clontarf in executing the Company’s marketing strategy, ensuring that each property is marketed to reach the widest target audience through digital marketing, social media and print.
Outside of the office, Sharon is a Mum of 1 boy aged 11, and enjoys walking, gym, meeting friends, spending time with family and cooking.”
