Our highly qualified residential team has extensive local knowledge of the property markets in Dublin City, East Meath and North Dublin. New Homes
Grimes has been operating in the new homes market for generations. Since our beginnings in 1971, we have sold over 4,430 units. Thanks to our five decades of experience in new homes, we can advise on every aspect of a development, from site acquisition and planning to marketing and sales. We know intimately the needs of a buyer and can advise on those small design tweaks that make all the difference to the end user.
For new home purchasers, we offer a comprehensive service to help them navigate the process, including regular updates and facilitating mortgages through our dedicated mortgage team.
