Our in-depth knowledge of the Dublin and Meath markets has led to us working closely with landowners, engineers and planning consultants in obtaining and assessing land for development.
Our team provides an honest and professional service to all development clients, offering expertise in areas including land sales and acquisition, site appraisal, development valuation, land agreements and joint ventures, and engagement with planning consultants, engineers, architects and other development officials.
Lettings & Property Management
Our dedicated lettings team, with vast experience in all aspects of property management and renting will result in a speedy and successful outcome and will ensure you secure the best rental income and suitable tenants in a timely manner. We maintain a large database of people looking for rentals in our key areas to help with this process.
We offer two levels of service to landlords – let only or full property management. Our let only service includes assessing prospective tenants with references and credit checks to minimise any risk, supervising viewings and generating all documentation including lease agreements, RTB registration and BER Certificates. Under our full property management service, we look after all aspects of a tenancy, from rent collection and twice-annual inspections to marketing your property for a new tenant. We also promote your property through daft.ie and www.myhome.ie as well as the Grimes website.
